Booking
How fast can you come?
Usually within a few working days. Book at least 12 h ahead; you'll only see slots before your deposit date.
What if no slot fits my deadline?
Leave your details. Réka's assistant replies within minutes and follows up until you're booked.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 h before the visit, with the link in your confirmation.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is included up to 30 km from Budapest's kilometre-zero. Beyond that, 650 HUF per started km, calculated from the address.

The visit
Do I need to be there?
It's best if you are. If you can't, the verbal summary can be done by phone, or a co-buyer can join a follow-up video call.
What if the agent doesn't open the door?
The listing agent gets an automatic access-confirmation link. If access isn't confirmed, you're told a day early so you can reschedule.
Do you open walls or take samples?
No. It's a visual, non-destructive survey. If something needs a closer look, Réka tells you which specialist to call.
Is this a valuation or a legal check?
No — technical findings only. It doesn't replace a valuation, a lawyer or a structural engineer's calculation.

Online and abroad
I'm not in Budapest. Can I still get advice?
Yes. Book an online consultation and share the listing, photos or a video.
Which languages?
English and Hungarian on calls. Messages can be in any language — the assistant replies in yours.
