PlumblinePROPERTY ADVISORY

ABOUT THIS DEMO

FOR THE LOVABLE × CONTRA JUDGES

“Can you check this flat before I sign on Friday?”

Plumbline turns that message into a confirmed, access-checked, route-friendly visit, with a follow-up call offered automatically. A solo advisor never has to climb down from the attic to answer the phone.

The business, Réka and every customer are fictional. The services and prices are modelled on a real Budapest technical-advisory practice.

01 · THE PROBLEM · RÉKA'S DAY

01

She can't answer the phone

Réka spends the day in attics, cellars and stairwells. About 40% of calls go unanswered, and buyers call the next advisor.

02

Every buyer has a deadline

Usually 5–8 days between a verbal agreement and the deposit contract. Advice after that is worthless.

03

Travel eats the day

Pest to the Buda hills takes 60–90 minutes in traffic. Random bookings make zig-zag days.

04

Locked doors are the real no-show

The seller or agent doesn't open up. About 1 in 6 on-site bookings ends as a wasted half-day.

05

Many buyers are abroad

They message in English or German over WhatsApp at midnight and often can't attend in person.

06

The follow-up call is never offered

Co-buyers who weren't there rarely book one, because Réka is too busy to suggest it.

04 · HOW IT WAS BUILT

BUILD
Lovable project, with Claude Code working locally and syncing through GitHub.
BOOKING ENGINE
Slot rules, Budapest time zone handling, cancellation window and private-link tokens reused from a real advisory practice — 90+ unit tests.
BACKEND
Lovable Cloud (Supabase). Every visitor is signed in invisibly as a guest and gets a private sandbox with sample data, isolated by row-level security.
AI
Lovable AI reads the message and drafts the reply. Times, travel and prices always come from the tested engine, never from the model. 20 AI calls per visitor per day.
TRAVEL
A district-zone table, no maps API.
SIMULATED
Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, payments, calendar sync and the video-call link. Everything a message would say is shown on the Automations timeline.
