Enter the address and your deposit-signing deadline. Pick a slot before it. You're confirmed instantly, with the travel fee already calculated.
The listing agent gets a link to confirm that the door will be open. If they don't, you hear about it a day early, not on the doorstep.
Réka checks the property and talks you through what she found. A written PDF and a follow-up call for your co-buyer are optional.

Most buyers have 5–8 days between a verbal agreement and the deposit contract. Tell us the date when you book. You'll only see slots that fit before it.
